Shipping policy

Southsun uses Royal Mail for the majority of postage options. We aim to send out negatives and prints within 3 working days of completing the processing. The responsibility for the packages going missing is with the postage service and we will assist you with any claims with them to the best of our ability. We will refund your order if the postal service lose the film but the responsibility of any lost products is with the postal service if they lose any items.
